This is a six-month, faith-based substance abuse recovery program for men ages 18-62. There is no cost to the participants. The program is funded primarily through thrift store proceeds.

Assists children with hearing loss to achieve improved communication. Provides financial assistance for hearing aids, enclosed caption converters for television, tactile units, FM units (into which a hearing aid is plugged for amplification), computers to assist deaf children in communicating, etc.

• The child must be 18 years of age or younger (a person 19–21 may be considered if they are in a child-like mental state).
• The child must be under the care of a physician.
• The request must be clinically relevant to a specific healthcare need of the child.
• There must be no existing insurance coverage for the requested expenses.
• One request per 12 months, per child for a maximum of three times in a child’s lifetime.

Children with medical-related needs that have the potential to significantly enhance either the clinical condition or the quality of life of a child.

Assists families of children with medical and financial needs; may assist financially with funeral expenses. The Foundation may distribute, per fiscal quarter, up to $10,000 in total to selected applicants who meet the requirements of the application and funding process. Adults and children with limited financial resources. Provides ostomy supplies to the uninsured for the cost of shipping and handling. Osto Group is a not-for-profit organization that receives donations of unused ostomy products from all over the country and serves ostomates from all around the country.

Children must be 16 or younger at the time of application, have a Social Security Number issued by the Social Security Administration (TIN numbers are not accepted), must be covered by commercial/private insurance, and under license medical professional. Family must not exceed maximum eligible family income as documented on IRS Tax Form 1040.

Provides medical grants to help with expenses for children, and gain access to health-related services not covered, or not fully covered, by their parents' commercial health insurance plan. Children must be 16 years old or younger while meeting other grant requirements.
