Offers vouchers that cover the cost of one initial and one follow up visit to one of our clinics. Vouchers are available regardless of Migratory Status. Covers annual exams, some labs, COVID-19 vaccinations, wellness exams, medication reconciliation, and miscellaneous procedures.

Silversummit members.

Provides rent/mortgage assistance, temporary shelter, moving costs, security deposits, first month's rent and other assistance to families with at least one Silversummit member living in the home.
