Services Provided: The Statutory Rape Prevention Project is designed to inform students, mandatory reporters and other community members about Nevada’s statutory rape laws, the legal consequences of a statutory rape conviction, and the impact statutory rape has on its victims. The presentation for mandatory reporters also covers the legal responsibilities of mandatory reporters. The presentation utilizes a lecture format, interactive activities and can be tailored to fit a time frame from 50 minutes to 2 hours.
