Online applications and self-service portal for Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF can be done through the Access Nevada website, https://accessnevada.dwss.nv.gov/

Program is intended to ensure families self-sufficiency by making child support a more reliable source of income. Program goals are to ensure children have the financial and medical support of both their parents; to foster responsible behavior towards children; to emphasize children need to have both parents involved in their lives; and, to reduce welfare costs.

To report a lost, stolen, or damaged EBT card, request a replacement EBT card, or reset PIN number. Once a card is reported as lost, stolen or damaged, or a replacement is requested, the card becomes invalid and can no longer be used by anyone.
