Provides a neutral third party to monitor a visitation between a child and a non-custodial parent. The monitors role is to record the events of the visit and ensure the safety of all parties.

Program is intended to ensure families self-sufficiency by making child support a more reliable source of income. Program goals are to ensure children have the financial and medical support of both their parents; to foster responsible behavior towards children; to emphasize children need to have both parents involved in their lives; and, to reduce welfare costs.

Provides assistance in obtaining, enforcing and establishing orders for support of families.

Through a contract with the State of Nevada, helps parents obtain and/or enforce child support orders. Process can typically be handled simply through written forms

Enforces child support obligations in accordance with Nevada law.

Parents, guardians, and/or relatives and their children.

Offers a safe place for parents, guardians and or relatives to have supervised visits with their children. Only Carson City Court referrals are accepted. **<em>During the COVID-19 pandemic, supervised visitation is only conducted via ZOOM supervision.</em>

Assists the State of Nevada in providing child support services to the residents of Elko and Lander County.
