Services Provided: Northern Nevada Literacy Council programs Adult Basic Education programs that prepare adult learners ages 17 and older to sit for the High School Equivalency exam and earn a High School Equivalency Certification. Adult learners ages 17 and older can also enroll in this program to improve literacy in Math, Writing and English. NNLC assists all adult participants with career training opportunities and employment. Classes are available in the morning session from 9:00 am to 11:30 am and from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Students have the option of attending either the morning or evening session and to do so in-person or online over Zoom.
