Services Provided:

Youth are matched with adult volunteers who have been screened and trained. These one-to-one matches enjoy self-selected outings and activities throughout the community. Also offers school and site mentoring matches meet weekly during lunch at the child's participating Title One elementary school or after school. Service approved by SAPTA.

Services Provided:

Career coaches work directly with each participant through one-on-one case management and place an emphasis on mentorship. Monitors goal progression, job placement or retention, as well as academic success through daily, weekly, or bi-weekly contacts.

Assists with financial burdens related to employment and returning to school. Service may include tuition, rent, utilities, work related cards, bus passes, school supplies, and work clothing. Mentorship is 18 months to 2 years long.
