Suicide prevention and intervention classes SafeTALK and ASIST, family cultural nights, spending frenzy (mock spending event for youth), 12 step medicine wheel course for substance abuse and suicide prevention including mind mapping, videos, reflection, etc.

Offers a variety of different services and activities for those with or looking to prevent diabetes. Activities in the program include one on one nutrition counseling, exercise classes such as Yoga or Zumba, diabetes education group sessions including community gardening and self management classes.
