Offers mobile crisis intervention services for youth experiencing a crisis such as homelessness or running away from an abusive situation. Through NPHY's Safe Place partners who act as Safe Place Access Sites, youth are connected to crisis responders who remove youth from danger to a safe destination, including emergency shelter, drop-in center, partnering agencies, or simply back home.
