Physician referrals are offered through all Saint Rose Dominician Hospitals.

Serves income eligible pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, and infants and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers of children under the age of 5 are encouraged to enroll their children in WIC.
