Children, adolescents, and adults.

Services are provided to recipients facing challenges with cognitive and behavioral skills functioning. BST services help recipients acquire constructive cognitive and behavioral skills through positive reinforcement, modeling, operant conditioning and other training techniques with an individual treatment plan. Telehealth online therapy is available.

Youth ages 6 to 18 with autism (up to 22 if enrolled in high school).

Offers social communication, play, and life skills, follows behavior analytic principles treatment packages such as modeling, peer training, social skills, and naturalistic teaching for youth with Autism.

Ages 3 and older.

Provides general counseling. In-home services for children to reduce behavior problems. Therapy for individuals who are court ordered to receive counseling.

Ages 4 and older in the Northern Nevada area.

Offers cognitive behavioral therapy services both in-office and in-community, including "walk and talk" therapy in nearby natural/park settings. Including mental health evaluations, individual and family therapy, and group therapy. Group based services typically occur in our office, as well as in the community and/or during experiential outings.

Adults 18 and older

Ages 13 and older in the Northern Nevada area.

Offers weekly dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) groups for adults and teens.

Children ages 4 to 22 with mental or behavioral health needs.

Neurofeedback is direct training of brain function, by which the brain learns to function more efficiently. Addresses numerous problems of brain dysregulation including anxiety-depression spectrum, attention deficits, behavior disorders, various sleep disorders, headaches and migraines, PMS and emotional disturbances. Useful for brain conditions such as seizures, the autism spectrum, and cerebral palsy.

Non pharmacological learning approach to practicing self-regulation of ones physiology. Strategies taught to address maladaptive behavioral development.

Medication management, TMS and Spravato treatment for depression.

Offering  transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), Spravato treatment for depression and psychiatric evaluations/ medication management.

Intake interview and recommendation for the group.

DBT skills can teach skills that allow someone to learn a new way of addressing life on life's terms. Teaches mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and chain analysis to gain insight into a better way to deal with guilt, shame, emotional distress, anger and other issues.

Must enroll and be interviewed for approval into workshops

10 week workshop addresses reversing the cycle of depression by learning Albert Ellis ABCDE Model Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Workshop teaches self-awareness, defeating helpless thinking, anxiety management and management relationships by learning how to build and use a breaking the depression cycle plan.

Ages 4 and older.

Provides outpatient therapeutic and counseling services to for individuals, families, and groups dealing with behavioral, emotional and mental health needs learn coping techniques to stabilize themselves. These targeted areas of disturbance include (but are not limited to) forms of depression, anxiety, anger management, attention-deficits, and mood disorders typically resulting from trauma. Psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) and basic skills training (BST) services.

For children with an autism diagnosis and ASD-related behaviors. Accepts Medicaid and sliding scale offered. Initial appointment is free.

Provides behavioral assessments and education and coaching for parents on behavior management.

Provides two-hour group therapy to learn DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills. Primary goals are to teach individuals how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, improve their relationships with others, and help identify and change negative thinking patterns while pushing for positive behavioral changes.<br />
