Youth currently on juvenile probation

Provides a youth advocate to youth who are currently on juvenile probation. Assists the youth and family members with the youth's probationary terms including the completion of community service, court attendance, and restitution payments. Prevent the likelihood of adult incarceration or the juvenile further recidivating during juvenile years.

Families with current CPS involvement.

Assist parents who have substantiated, open maltreatment cases against their children. Safety Mangers enter the homes and check the safety of the children, provide basic parenting assistance and social connections. CPS defines the services offered and CPS is the only agency that can initiate services to YAP. All services are provided at home.

Henderson resident’s ages 14-24 years’ old whom have life-barriers impeding on their success in the workforce and/or academia.

Career coaches work directly with each participant through one-on-one case management and place an emphasis on mentorship. Monitors goal progression, job placement or retention, as well as academic success through daily, weekly, or bi-weekly contacts. Assists with financial burdens related to employment and returning to school. Service may include tuition, rent, utilities, work related cards, bus passes, school supplies, and work clothing. Mentorship is 18 months to 2 years long.
