Assets that do not exceed $1,000,00.00, working, in job training, educational program, engaged in job search activity, or fall under our "Vulnerable Populations," Vulnerable populations include the economically disadvantaged, teen mothers, low-income children, the elderly, the homeless, those with human immunodeficiency virus, and those with other chronic health conditions, including severe mental illness, substance use disorder, and alcoholism.

Provides assistance to Native American/Alaskan Native families to obtain child care services through subsidy program to select in-home provider care, center based care, and before/after school program enrollment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
