Families affected by developmental disabilities.

Seniors 60 and older or individuals with disabilities persons of any age.

Provides services including reassurance calls, respite for caregivers, companionship, light housekeeping, lights meal prep, take down trash/recycle, pet walking and client outings.

Any chronic illness or terminal diagnosis. Can come to place of residence for initial assessment.

End of life care consisting of medication management, nursing, physicians, social workers, chaplain, respite care, pet therapy, music therapy, and aroma therapy. Care is offered in home or at the facility.

Must be an adult with cognitive and/or physical disabilities.

Provides brief period of relief for family members and other individuals who are regular caregivers for dependent adults and elderly. Offers temporary care in the home.<br />
