Programs that provide immediate assistance for women and men who have experienced domestic abuse which may include steps to ensure the person's safety; short-term emotional support; assistance with shelter; legal information and advocacy; referrals for medical treatment; ongoing counseling and/or group support; and other related services. Services Provided: Emergency shelter and motels are accessible 24-hours per day, 7 days a week, through the hotline. The emergency shelter provides short-term (up to 90 days) housing in a confidential location. The emergency shelter is a six bedroom, three bathroom home that can shelter up to 25 individuals at a time.&nbsp; In addition, our transitional housing program is offered to eligible individuals after successful completion of an emergency shelter program. The transitional housing program provides housing and programmatic support for residents for up to 24 months.
