Programs that provide therapeutic interventions for individuals and/or families who are experiencing child abuse including abandonment, neglect, or emotional, physical or sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or other family or extended family member whom the child trusts and who is in a position of power over the child. Counseling is offered in a variety of settings and may include individual, conjoint, family and group therapy sessions for the child, the abusing or non-abusing parent(s) and siblings.(AIRS RP-1400.8000-020.15)

Services Provided: Focuses on restoring and healing child survivors of sex trafficking. Works one-on-one with children who have experienced physical and emotional abuse to begin the healing process. Also provides advocacy, case management, and groups for youth to converse with one another and share their stories. Transportation services available.

Eligibility:

12 to 18 years old, victims of sexual assault, sexual abuse, human trafficking, domestic violence, or stalking.

Services Provided: Mentoring young ladies 12 to 18 years old who have been identified as victims os sexual assault, sexual abuse, human trafficking, domestic violence, and stalking. The victim receives intense mentoring up to 1 year. Angel mentors provide basic skills and psychosocial services to reduce cognitive and behavioral impairments. Transportation services available.
