Career coaches work directly with each participant through one-on-one case management and place an emphasis on mentorship. Monitors goal progression, job placement or retention, as well as academic success through daily, weekly, or bi-weekly contacts. Assists with financial burdens related to employment and returning to school. Service may include tuition, rent, utilities, work related cards, bus passes, school supplies, and work clothing. Mentorship is 18 months to 2 years long.

The program is aimed at supporting youth 16-24 who have dropped out of school or are at risk of not graduating. Provides 1:1 support to complete the NV HSE. Students are offered an opportunity to obtain education and on the job training in fields such as construction, HVAC, Advanced Manufacturing, Welding and Healthcare. Participants will have dedicated case managers who will address barriers such as housing, transportation, food, etc. Offers industry recognized certifications (MC3, CPR, Community Health Worker, etc.) and college credits.

6th grade and up

Works with organizations to help them integrate more neurodiversity into their workforce. Provides recruitment, staffing solutions and management support to businesses interested in diversifying and expanding their talent pools to include those who think and problem solve differently.
