Legal Services for Domestic Violence Survivors

Serves undocumented victims of domestic violence or  human trafficking who would like to obtain legal status in the United States through the VAWA self petition, T-Visa, or U-Visa process. May include safety planning, crisis counseling, and referral to other resources.

Provides pro bono civil legal services for eligible low-income individuals. Although the attorney will not charge a fee for his/her services, the client is responsible for the payment of court costs which cannot be waived or any other out-of-pocket expenses incurred on the client’s behalf.

Offers free 10-15 minute consultations with a licensed volunteer attorney.
