Provides skilled nursing with a wide range of basic and complex nursing services that are provided in the client’s home. Services: Wound care, home safety evaluation, medication inventory and review, injects, catheter care, G-tube/J-tube care, I.V. antibiotic blood drawing, pre and post op evaluations, high-tech infusions, and diabetic management.

Provides structured training and guidance from occupational therapists, offers occupational therapy services in a home setting: Individualized therapy plans, alternative bathing skills, use of adaptive equipment, stair training, orthotics training, training in caring for daily needs, strength and dexterity training, and neuro-developmental training.

Individuals that are on Medicare.

Treats developmental disabilities and speech disorders. Provides personalized treatment for clients who are struggling with speech disorders, fluency and swallowing difficulties. May include: Speech articulation disorders, dysphagia, swallowing evaluation, voice disorder, aphasia, and cognitive issues.
