The LIEC program provides income-qualified customers free energy education, weatherization measures and energy-efficient appliances to reduce gas usage. In northern Nevada, Southwest Gas serves areas of Churchill, Elko, Counties, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Pershing, Carson, Douglas, Lyon, and Washoe Counties.
