PSR is a day service based on the principles of recovery. Provides a range of social, educational, occupational, and other activities to support service recipients with serious and persistent mental illness. The service is designed to help adults with psychiatric disabilities better manage the day-to-day activities of life through the acquisition of recovery and self-management skills.

Children, adolescents, and adults.

Services are provided to recipients facing challenges with cognitive and behavioral skills functioning. BST services help recipients acquire constructive cognitive and behavioral skills through positive reinforcement, modeling, operant conditioning and other training techniques with an individual treatment plan. Telehealth online therapy is available.

Provides individual, family, children’s, and couples therapy with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorder, grief/loss, relationship concerns, obesity, panic disorder, self-esteem issues, stress management, mood disorder, etc. Telehealth online therapy is available.
