Determination is based upon an assessment of need according to established agency guidelines.

Provides Cremation and Burial assistance for indigent individuals who die within Clark County and meet eligibility guidelines.

Determined by in home assessment but is only for adults 18 years and older.

Provides assistance with placement in and payment for long term care assisted living facility and skilled/custodial nursing facilities as well as placement and payment for adult day health care programs for those in need that cannot afford the services.

Individuals currently between the ages of 18 and 21; aged out of the Nevada foster care system at age 18 and older.

Assists "aged out" former Nevada foster youth to attain economic self-sufficiency by providing youth with certain goods and services including (but not limited to) case management, housing assistance, employment assistance, educational assistance, transportation assistance, and other services such as referrals.
