Offers case management to prevent homelessness and rehouse homeless individuals by placing he/she in permanent housing and collaborating with community resources in order to maintain stability and success.

Serves income eligible pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, and infants and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers of children under the age of 5 are encouraged to enroll their children in WIC.

Supplemental nutrition program assists with nutrition education, supplemental benefits, breastfeeding education/support, and other referrals.

Educational opportunities for job interview skills, job searching, and resume building. In collaboration with other agencies offers life skill workshops on financial literacy, nutrition, and job retention.
