Willing and capable, young women ages 18-24, who are interested in a structured residential independent living program.

Provides standardized housing-based independent living curriculum called CLP. Serves at least 14 at-risk, older female youth residents at a time. Safe housing, utilities, other basic supports, complex supports, mentoring, parental supports and skills training are provided and/or facilitated by CLP staff, who monitor and record resident progress to help youth become accountable, established young adults. Empowers young people to gain self-confidence, personal independence and personal growth while learning to meet their obligations and fulfill their responsibilities.<br /><br />
