Classes offered: 1) English, to help develop English proficiency, 2) Emotional Resilience, to learn about building healthy relationships, managing addictive behaviors, overcoming anger, understanding sadness and depression, managing stress and anxiety, and healthy thinking patterns. <br />The aim is to keep the community connected by providing no cost services that inspire healthy living and impact positive changes. Offers wraparound services with case managers.
