Assists adults that have been impacted by trauma and helps them navigate behavioral health services to achieve self-sufficiency with the assistance of collaborative and integrative case management and community support.

Women’s health and prenatal services, pre-employment programs preventive and primary care, sports physicals, infectious disease and STI screening (including HIV, Hepatitis B and C, HPV, Syphilis, Chlamydia, gonorrhea) cancer screening, and behavioral health screenings. Covid, flu, and other state funded vaccines. In-person and telehealth options available.
