Offers general mental health treatment for individual couples, families, in office. Could include play and art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, EMDR and applied behavior analysis.

Adults 18 and older, and youth ages 3 to 18

Provides assessments and diagnostic testing either at home or in office. Covers criteria for ADHD, depression, bipolar, autism, post-traumatic stress and all other disorders.

Functional impairment because of a mental illness. Medicaid FFS

Provides psychosocial rehabilitation services and basic skills training which are designed to assist the recipient with compensating for or eliminating functional deficits and interpersonal and/or environmental barriers associated with their mental illness and are provided in the natural environment (home, school, community).
