Offers bereavement support groups and classes for individuals who are grieving. Support group meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month between 3:30pm and 5:00pm.

Certified by a doctor to be terminally ill with a prognosis of 6 months or less and no longer seeking curative treatment, with the exception for children who can still seek curative.

Offers hospice services to individuals and their families during the advanced and final stages of a terminal illness. Hospice Services: Nursing visits, 24 hour support, medical equipment/supplies, medication with delivery to home, Medical Social Services, Certified Nursing Assistants, Spiritual Care and Bereavement Support, short-term acute inpatient care/respite care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
