Community Chest Fernley Office-Individual and Group Therapy

Individual and group therapy to address a variety of concerns including trauma, grief, substance use disorder, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, PTSD and other issues related to mental health. Other therapies utilized include, but are not limited to: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Existentialism.
