Immediate and intensive intervening sessions to ensure stabilization and identification of referral resources for ongoing community mental and/or behavioral health, designed to help stable the recipients and prevent hospitalization. Case managers assist with providing clients with resources within the community such as transportation, food banks, and clothing.

Offered to clients with age and developmentally inappropriate cognitive and behavioral skills. Service is performed in a community setting focused on skills training in the areas of basic living and self-care, social, communication, organization and time management, and transitional living.

Provides case management and services coordination for adults diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness who are eligible for Nevada Medicaid. Consumers will be linked to services meeting their needs with monitoring of successful outcomes by individual staff.

Provides day treatment groups, basic skills training groups, and psychosocial rehabilitation groups for individuals with persistent illness who are eligible for Nevada Medicaid.

Clients must meet Nevada Medicaid criteria for medical necessity for rehabilitative mental health services.

Treatment focuses on the environmental approach, which allows the treatment provider to work with families in five domains to include: the individual, the family, school, peers, and community. Birth certificates, job training program for 17 to 22 years and job training program for adults over 22.
