Eligibility:

Children ages 18 and younger, must have one of the treated illnesses.

Services Provided:

Provides for children in specialty areas of Orthopedics, Burn Care, Spinal Cord Injury, and Cleft Lip and Palate, regardless of a family’s ability to pay by providing transportation to and from Shrine Hospitals in California, Oregon, and Utah.
