We eliminate barriers to those in need of a doctor and prescriptions by making access to a physician through telemedicine affordable to everyone. A network of physicians are available from your mobile device. Discounts for companies and non-profit organizations.

DSM-5 diagnosis

Provides services to youth and adults in the community with mental health and/or substance use disorders creating mild to severe symptoms in various domains of life. All of the psychiatry services have a therapeutic component, including medication management. Services in-person or telehealth if needed.

Adults 18 and older. Those under 18 should refer to the Mobile Crisis Response Team.

Supports adults anywhere in rural Nevada who need immediate mental health care. Crisis staff offer telephone triage to provide immediate support over the phone. Once crisis staff determine that you are safe, they then connect you with a licensed CARE Team clinician. The clinician will contact you within minutes by video, or by phone if video service is not available. The CARE Team will then help you find resources in your area and follow up to ensure a smooth transition to support services.
