ReStart is an umbrella organization offering myriad of professional services for families, seniors, and people with disabilities. All of our programs are designed to reduce and prevent homelessness, increase self-sufficiency and stabilize individuals and families to build a secure and stable future.

Documented diagnosis of intellectual disability and must have substantial limitation in adaptive functioning.

Also, the ability to benefit from services with the desire to return or enhance your skills in the workforce.

Provides assistance to Native American/Alaskan Natives for employment, training, vocational, and educational services. Assists vulnerable tribal populations to provide quality services to support their well-being and self-sufficiency by bridging barriers and enhancing quality of life.

Consultants offer one-on-one guidance on workplace accommodations, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and related legislation, and self-employment and entrepreneurship options for people with disabilities.

Provides services, education, outreach, and advocacy so that children with disabilities are given full access to quality education, support, and resources.

ThinkWork is the hub for an array of resources related to employment for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and is under the umbrella of the Institute for Community Inclusion at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. It hosts resources for individuals and families, policy administrators, and practitioners. Resource topics include supporting job seekers/employees, community rehabilitation/service providers, community life engagement, self determination and decision making, engaging families, staff training and development, state policy, and funding.
