Car Seats, Assistance

Offers no cost virtual car seat safety class. Those who complete the 45-minute virtual workshop will receive a no cost infant or convertible car seat. Participants learn about current Nevada child passenger safety laws, choosing the right car seat, how to properly install a child safety seat, and motor vehicle safety. After completion of virtual workshop, no cost car seat can be picked up by appointment.

Provides general information on child safety and injury prevention. Education materials are available on such topics as car seats inspections, seat belt safety and helmet safety for bicyclists.
