Services Provided: Provides shelter for 30 to 90 days after completing five day stay. Residents are assigned a case manager to determine barriers, goals, and access to resources including programs/services/clothing. Meeting are held on a weekly basis and a multi-disciplinary team meets weekly to review each client’s case and to determine progress being made. Shelter is open year around.

Services Provided: Emergency shelter and motels are accessible 24/7 through the hotline. The emergency shelter provides short-term (up to 90 days) housing in a confidential location. The emergency shelter is a six bedroom, three bathroom home that can shelter up to 25 individuals at a time. In addition, a transitional housing program is offered to eligible individuals after successful completion of an emergency shelter program. The transitional housing program provides housing and programmatic support for residents for up to 24 months.
