About Billings Clinic Project ECHO
Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes)™ is a
collaborative model of medical education and tele-mentoring that empowers clinicians
in rural and remote settings to deliver medical care that is comparable to that
delivered at major healthcare centers. Billings Clinic launched Montana’s only
Project ECHO hub in March 2016. The hub, a multidisciplinary team at Billings
Clinic, holds weekly clinical didactics and case review sessions for providers at
rural ‘spoke’ sites. For more information about Billings Clinic Project ECHO, including how your clinic can join,
please visit the project website or contact Kim Hart.
The Pediatric Mental Health teleECHO™ Clinics will meet the 2nd and 4th
Wednesdays of each month from 12:00pm – 1:30pm. The PEDS ECHO clinical team:
- Board certified child psychiatrist
- Expert psychotherapist
- Psychiatric pharmacist
- Resource Specialist
Register and Contact
Billings Clinic Project ECHO is open to all clinicians. Register online on
the Billings Clinic Project ECHO website. For questions
about joining or the project, please contact Kim Hart, Program Coordinator for the

Case Presentations
Case-based discussions are a key component in the Project ECHO model and
are critically important for knowledge building and sharing. We welcome cases that
involve common clinical scenarios related to pediatric mental health care as well as
difficult, complex or challenging presentations and patient management
scenarios.
Case presentations must be submitted prior to a teleECHO clinic so that
MAPP-Net staff has time to assure all patient protected health information (PHI) is
removed so that cases remain deidentified. Submit case presentations online:
MAPP-Net Project ECHO Pediatric Case Presentation Submission Form.
