The Pavilion at Southern Hills Hospital is an 80-bed inpatient unit dedicated to the treatment of behavioral health needs. The Pavilion opened in March 2019 and spans over 45,000 square feet, attached to the main hospital. The Pavilion treats patients starting at age 11 with three programs specific to treating teens, adults, and older adults.

The Pavilion features industry-leading patient tracking and safety systems to ensure a safe environment of care. This includes real-time location systems, laser curtains in the adolescent unit between beds, alarms on top of the doors to detect weight and other anti-ligature/ligature prevention technology. In addition to the safety features, we also offer an environment that is comforting and filled with natural light. We have a comfort room on each unit, outdoor recreation courtyards and a cafeteria for patients.

Common conditions treated: Anxiety disorder, Bipolar disorder, Depression, Obsessive-compulsive disorder, Post-partum depression, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Psychosis, and Schizoaffective disorder.

Outpatient services provided for such needs as post traumatic stress disorder, depression, marriage and family issues, sexuality and gender identity issues, and other related mental health concerns. Comprehensive evaluations, individual/couples/family/child therapy, and parenting support group.
